The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC equipment and solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users.
The role requires combining strong technical knowledge with sales skills to identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and achieve sales targets.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization is preferred).Experience1–5 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or technical sales.Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and project owners is preferred.Previous experience in project sales or tendering for HVAC systems is an advantage.Technical KnowledgeGood knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment such as Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units.Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.Familiarity with tendering procedures and technical submittals.Ability to prepare technical and commercial quotations.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.Experience using CRM systems is preferred.Soft SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Good presentation and technical explanation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.LanguageArabic: NativeEnglish: Good written and spoken communication.Other RequirementsValid driving license preferred.Willingness to conduct site visits and client meetings.
