Sales Engineer – Panel Builder (LV & MV)

We're looking for a driven and technically minded Sales Engineer to join our growing commercial team at Sega-M — a leading manufacturer of low & medium voltage panels and lighting solutions.

This role is your gateway to building real industry relationships, closing meaningful deals, and growing fast in Egypt's electrical manufacturing sector.If you're a fresh graduate with hunger to prove yourself, or an engineer with up to 1 year of sales experience — we want to hear from you.

What You'll DoIdentify and develop new B2B clients across industries (contractors, consultants, industrial facilities, developers)Conduct outdoor client visits, site assessments, and technical presentationsUnderstand client panel-building needs and propose tailored solutions from our product portfolioPrepare and follow up on technical and commercial offersBuild long-term client relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipelineCoordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering (or related field)1–2 year of sales or field experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Solid understanding of LV/MV switchgear, panel building, or electrical distribution is a strong plusStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a passion for outdoor, client-facing workOwn a car (preferred)
