Sales Executive – Recruitment & Management Consulting Services

Identify and develop new business opportunities (companies in need of recruitment or consulting services)Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings to present company services professionallyUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutions (Recruitment / HR Consulting / OD Services)Prepare and deliver technical and financial proposalsNegotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targetsMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat businessCoordinate with internal delivery teams (HR / Recruitment / Consulting) to ensure service qualityUpdate and manage client data on CRM systemsMonitor market trends and competitors, suggesting new sales strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field2–5 years of experience in service sales (preferably HR services or consulting)Good understanding of recruitment and management consulting servicesProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeGood command of EnglishStrong communication and persuasion skillsExcellent negotiation and closing abilitiesAbility to understand client needs and translate them into solutionsStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven with the ability to work under pressureTime management and organizational skills
