We are looking for a true Sales Manager to build and structure our sales department from the ground up.We are a growing startup in the rolling shutter and construction solutions industry, currently building a structured, performance-driven sales system.This is NOT a senior salesperson role.We are looking for a system builder and performance driver.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving teams, and driving measurable results.
