Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fieldMinimum 3 years and maximum 7 years of experience in retail salesGood knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applicationsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsProfessional appearance and a respectful, courteous manner with customersAbility to work under pressure with effective time managementWillingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays
