- Promote and sell flexographic printing consumables, machinery, spare parts, and related equipment in line with company sales targets and policies.
- Identify and develop new customers, including flexible packaging manufacturers, printing houses, and converting companies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical requirements, identify business opportunities, and present suitable products and solutions.
- Promote the benefits and applications of flexo printing consumables and machinery based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved authority limits, and follow up on sales opportunities until deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, service, after-sales, and spare parts teams to provide appropriate solutions and ensure effective customer support.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, outstanding payments, and collections in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Participate in customer demonstrations, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to increase market awareness and generate leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, gross profit, new customer acquisition, and market development.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on customer visits, opportunities, competitors, and market developments.

- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Ability to understand technical specifications related to flexographic and corrugated machinery (machinery sales rep).
- Experience in the flexible packaging, printing, or related industries for 2-10 years
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Very good English, written and verbal
- valid driving license
