· Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.· Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and motivation to team members.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.· Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities.· Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and periodic sales reports for management review.· Ensure proper follow-up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints.· Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.· Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.· Support the implementation of sales strategies, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.· Monitor collection activities and follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.· Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.· Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.· Attend meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits as required.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.Years of Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within manufacturing or plastic industry.Previous supervisory experience is preferred.Technical Skills· Good understanding of upselling standards.· Strong knowledge of Microsoft office & SAP system.Soft Skills· Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.· Excellent customer relationship management abilities.· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.· Valid driving license is preferred.
