Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Support team member to support our Saudi Sales team with day-to-day sales operations, coordination, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales team with daily operational and administrative activities.

Maintain and update client, lead, and opportunity data on the CRM.

Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, presentations, and sales documents.

Follow up on leads, client requests, meetings, and pending sales activities.

Research potential clients and key decision-makers within the Saudi market.

Coordinate meetings and ensure proper follow-up on agreed actions.

Prepare regular sales reports and track pipeline activities.

Coordinate internally with Marketing, L&D, Operations, and other functions to support the sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a related role.Strong organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Previous B2B experience is preferred.
