Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in the Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales.Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.Responsible for training material and it's updated.Responsible for promotional activities.
