SAP Bid Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid management process for SAP projects, from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP bid and proposal process.Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements and develop appropriate bid strategies.Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, commercial, and delivery teams to develop high-quality proposals.Define solution scope, delivery approach, project assumptions, timelines, and resource requirements.Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.Coordinate with SAP partners, vendors, and subcontractors when required.Manage bid timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and approvals.Support pricing, costing, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.Lead customer presentations, clarification meetings, and bid negotiations.Ensure proposals are aligned with customer requirements and company strategy.Maintain bid documentation, lessons learned, and reusable proposal assets.

Requirements:Proven experience in SAP Bid Management, Presales, or SAP Consulting.Strong understanding of SAP solutions and implementation methodologies.Experience managing complex RFP/RFQ and proposal processes.Strong commercial and business acumen with experience in pricing and costing.Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders under tight deadlines.Experience with SAP S/4HANA and large-scale transformation projects is preferred
