Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (PhD preferred)10+ years of experience in school leadership, with at least 5 years as Principal, Director, or Head of SchoolProven experience in international school environments (Cambridge IGCSE, IB, or similar)Strong background in school operations, finance, and HR oversightExcellent command of Arabic and EnglishStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsExperience setting up or restructuring schools is a significant advantage
