Section Head – Mechanical Engineer

Lead and supervise the execution of mechanical works on assigned projects.Manage and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.Develop and monitor work plans to ensure project milestones are achieved.Coordinate with planning, procurement, QA/QC, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and company standards.Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.Control project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.Prepare progress reports and participate in project meetings.Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives related to cost, quality, and schedule.Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.10–15 years of experience in mechanical construction projects.Previous experience in a supervisory or Section Head role is preferred.Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects is an advantage.Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical System
