Security Systems Engineer

Develop and implement security and protection plans in accordance with HCIS guidelines.Conduct security risk assessments for sites and facilities.Coordinate with government and security authorities to obtain necessary approvals.Monitor and oversee CCTV systems, access control, perimeter protection, and early warning systems.Support the design and review of physical security systems for new and existing facilities.Ensure compliance with all HCIS and internal security standards.Participate in preparing Security Protection Files, including:Threat AssessmentRisk AssessmentSecurity PlanSecurity Matrix

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial security, corporate security, or working in facilities subject to HCIS regulations.Experience in security planning, risk assessment, and system coordination within industrial or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.Preferred Certifications and Training:Security Risk AssessmentSurveillance and Control SystemsIndustrial SecuritySecurity Awareness and Crisis ManagementProfessional certifications (preferred):CPP – Certified Protection ProfessionalPSP – Physical Security ProfessionalCertifications from recognized institutions such as ASIS or SIRA
