Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager specializing in GRMS (Guest Room Management Systems), lighting solutions, and energy management technologies.

• Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in hospitality, real estate, and commercial sectors.
• Sales development: Identify new opportunities for GRMS, lighting, and energy management projects.
• Technical consultation: Provide clients with tailored solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Project coordination: Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years in sales or account management within GRMS, lighting, or energy management industries.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with building automation, smart lighting, and energy-saving technologies.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
• Languages: Proficient in English
