Manage daily and monthly fuel expenses incurred by employees or staffPrepare and review all company invoices and financial documentsMonitor and record the condition and issues of company vehicles, maintaining detailed dataConduct inventory reviews and manage all returns related to the warehousesPNL Analysis

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business AdministrationMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial administration, accounting.Previous experience in managing company expenses, invoices Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to perform P&L analysis and interpret data.Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to operational issues.
