Senior Accountant

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Coordinate and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard assets.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure proper classification of transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CMA is a plus.5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in manufacturing plant.
