Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

In this role, you will lead the accounts payable lifecycle and costing operations, ensuring that every financial entry is accurate, every payment is strictly verified through 3-way matching, and all import/logistics costs are correctly allocated.

Key Responsibilities:Handle full vendor invoice entry, auditing, and posting on Odoo ERP.Ensure precise cost-center and store allocation to prevent financial distortion.Execute strict 3-way matching between Invoices ↔ PO ↔ GRN.Audit full payment backup documentation before processing applications.Track and reconcile clearing, freight, and logistics expenses per container/shipment node.Perform regular vendor reconciliations and manage advances/petty cash .Maintain an accurate, up-to-date AP Aging report.Prepare VAT and tax documentation under management supervision.Maintain the Fixed Assets register and assist in month-end closing procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3 to 6 years of solid accounting experience.Retail, Wholesale, or Import/Logistics background is highly preferred.Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar financial systems is a must.Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation).High emotional resilience to handle cross-departmental urgency without compromising financial rules.Professional command of English.
