Senior Accountant

Review all accounting transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers and GL accounts.Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger.Prepare trail balance and Responsible for monthly, Quarterly, Yearly closing in the ERP.Maintain general ledger chart of accounts and communicate changes with users on a periodic basis.Perform and review periodic tax reconciliations in coordination with tax authorities.

Monitor and analyze financial data.Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist in preparing financial statements.

Assist in budget preparation and cash flow.

Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance when needed.Support external audit requirements.Provide periodical financial reports.Supervise, review, and guide junior accountants.Participate in ERP (Odoo) implementation, enhancement, and data migration activities.

Good knowledge of tax regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.+5 years of relevant experience in general ledger accounting, must have experience in real estate field.Strong knowledge of IFRS.Experience in ERP system (Odoo).Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Good knowledge of tax regulations
