Senior Accountant – Operations & Financial Analysis

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing financial and accounting operations related to production sales cycles, financial analysis, and accounts receivable activities, while ensuring accuracy of financial records and supporting management with operational and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities: Record and monitor daily accounting and financial transactions.

Manage accounts receivable (AR), collections, and reconciliations.

Analyze production costs and operational processes.

Prepare periodic financial and analytical reports for management.

Review documentation related to production and sales cycles.

Monitor inventory transactions related to production and sales activities.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure financial and operational accuracy.

Work with ERP systems and accounting software.

Support process improvement and internal control procedures.

Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.Experience in the gold and jewelry industry or manufacturing environments is preferred.Strong understanding of production and sales cycles.Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and financial analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
