Senior Accounts Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced and competent Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, developing financial procedures, monitoring financial performance, and reporting directly to senior management.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor all daily accounting operations.Review journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.Prepare and review financial statements, including:Income StatementBalance SheetCash Flow StatementManage monthly and annual financial closing processes.Review bank reconciliations and ensure their accuracy.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management.Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.Monitor expenses, revenues, and cash flow.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Manage VAT requirements and other financial obligations.Coordinate with external auditors and prepare the required documents.Develop and improve financial procedures to increase operational efficiency.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Completion of monthly financial closing within the specified timeline.Accuracy of financial reports and statements.Timely and accurate bank reconciliations.Compliance with tax and financial requirements.Improvement of financial procedures and reduction of accounting errors.Nature of WorkFully remote position.Direct communication with senior management.Full responsibility for managing and monitoring the company’s financial and accounting system.
