Senior Admissions Officer

Golf Aviation Academy is seeking a professional and experienced Senior Admissions Officer to join its Admissions Department in Dokki, Giza.

The role involves communicating with prospective students and their families, presenting aviation training opportunities, conducting consultations, following up on inquiries, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process.The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into office visits and registrations through professional consultation, relationship building, and effective follow-up.This position requires confidence, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with students and parents when discussing important educational and career decisions.The role is office-based and includes direct interaction with students and parents visiting the academy.

7 to 10 years of professional experience in sales, admissions, customer relations, educational consultation, banking, hospitality, real estate, or other client-facing roles.

Proven ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close deals professionally.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Professional appearance and professional conduct.Ability to manage consultations with students and parents confidently.Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve performance objectives.Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.Good command of English is preferred.Bachelor's degree is required.
