Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and design-driven Senior Architect with 5–7 years of experience to lead architectural design projects from concept development through to detailed design and execution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural vision, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into innovative, functional, and buildable designs.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full architectural design process from concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation through to project completion.Develop strong design concepts, architectural narratives, and spatial solutions aligned with client vision and project requirements.Experienced in interior design development, including space planning, material selection, design detailing, and creating functional and aesthetically refined interior environments aligned with the overall project concept.Experienced in designing and developing master plans for large-scale projects, including mixed-use developments, residential communities, and commercial districts.Produce high-quality design presentations, drawings, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.Execute photorealistic project renders and high-end 3D shots with strong attention to lighting, materials, atmosphere, and composition quality.Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to develop accurate drawings, models, and visual outputs.Coordinate design development across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines ensuring seamless integration of all systems.Prepare and review detailed design drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and composite coordination drawings.Lead design reviews and ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with project standards and regulations.Manage communication with clients, top managements and internal teams throughout all design stages.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency5–7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.Strong conceptual and design development skills with a refined architectural sense.Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & 3ds MaxAbility to effectively utilize AI tools in architectural design, visualization, rendering enhancement, and presentation development.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and Interior design.Experience in preparing presentation boards, 3D visuals, and video animations.Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.Strong leadership and team management abilities.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Proven experience in leading architectural design projects from concept to completion.Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity, technical capability, and project execution.
