Senior Architect

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architectural design and development of projects from concept through construction documentation.Prepare and coordinate building permit applications and submission packages.Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical documentation, and construction details.Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and external consultants.Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and project requirements.Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions throughout project development.Communicate professionally with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors.Support project delivery while maintaining high design and technical standards.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development.Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Strong architectural composition and design skills.Experience in building permit procedures and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Professional proficiency in English.Experience in residential and mixed-use developments.Knowledge of the New Building Regulation (NOK) and Greek planning legislation.Experience in BIM workflows and coordination.Familiarity with additional BIM/CAD software and visualization tools.Experience in producing detailed construction documentation and technical drawings.
