Senior Architect Site Engineer

Oversee and coordinate all on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.Resolve technical and design issues that arise during construction, providing innovative solutions as needed.Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for site operations.Support the implementation of sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.4 to 10 years of proven experience in Architectural Site Engineering or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Construction Processes, Materials, and Architectural Detailing.Excellent understanding of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, and Industry Standards.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience working in an office-based environment with regular site visits.Ability to work full-time and commit to long-term projects.
