Senior Architecture Site Engineer

Design & Development: Lead and participate in updating architectural design standards and guidelines.

Create conceptual designs for architectural projects and interior fit-out requirements using advanced architectural applications.Design Review & Compliance: Conduct thorough architectural design reviews to ensure absolute compliance with the project brief, maximize design efficiency, and maintain overall design integrity—ensuring all projects integrate seamlessly with adjacent developments.Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, controlling them from inception to completion.

Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.Consultant & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants, guiding them from the concept stage through to project handover.

Lead and attend design progress meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.Interdisciplinary Coordination: Supervise and streamline coordination between architectural files and all other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to eliminate conflicts before construction.Site Supervision & Reporting: Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent, and prepare detailed architectural progress and compliance reports.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Experience: 3+ years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record in commercial, administrative, residential, and large-scale master plans (compounds/resorts).Technical Proficiency:Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (Required).Familiarity with Revit, Photoshop, and 3D Max.Design Capabilities: Strong architectural design sense with the distinct ability to understand, analyze, and develop early design inputs (such as freehand sketches and preliminary layouts).Project Leadership: Demonstrated capability to independently run complex projects from initial concept to final handover while multitasking across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Strong collaborative and communication skills to effectively manage consultants, engineering departments, and site teams.
