Senior Architecture Site Engineer – Hospitality Projects (Hurghada)

We are seeking a highly qualified Architecture Site Engineer with 10–15 years of experience to join our construction supervision team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and luxury developments.The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and inspect architectural works on-site.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Monitor construction progress and prepare site reports.Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Monitor finishing works and ensure high-quality project delivery.Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.10–15 years of relevant experience in site supervision and construction.Proven experience in hospitality projects is mandatory.Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and fit-out works.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction documentation.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Consultancy experience is highly preferred.
