Senior Brand Manager (FMCG)

The Brand Manager will support the Marketing Manager in executing brand strategies and driving category growth across FMCG retail operations.

The role focuses on delivering integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring strong in-market performance across multiple channels.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in FMCG or retail, preferably in brand management or trade marketing.Strong understanding of FMCG brand building, consumer behavior, and category management.Experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Good exposure to product development, packaging, and NPD processes.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.Ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights.Strong collaboration skills with ability to work in cross-functional environments.
