Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements.

The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.

3–5 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong experience in analysis, documentation, and translating business needs into functional requirementsReverse analysis of legacy systems (including exploring APIs and databases)Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metricsParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activitiesEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical implementationIdentify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems and workflows
