Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities Hold requirements gathering sessions with different stakeholders Gather business, functional and nonfunctional requirements Arrange, prioritize and negotiate requirements with different stakeholders Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements Develop epics, user stories and product features Document requirements using approved company templates Work closely with UX team to deliver needed requirements Generate prototypes if needed Manage product backlog Hold requirements review meetings with different teams Participate in UAT process Analyses, evaluate and communicate change requests.

Market analysis for similar products Record requirements in using agreed tools

4+ years of experience Fluent English is a must Strong Analysis skills Strong Communication and Presentation skills Proven experience analyzing complex systems Proven experience using analysis/prototyping tools Proven experience analyzing backend/frontend applications Medical Insurance systems experience recommended Agile Scrum Methodology Azure Boards BSc (Honors)

Computer Science or a similar degree with significant computing bias. A previous role as a software engineer or developer is a must.

Experience developing in a software vendor environment is advantageous.

Financial software experience is also advantageous.
