Job Summary:The Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures and employee benefits programs at iVein Clinics.
This role ensures the company remains competitive, compliant, and attractive to top talent while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Compensation Management:Develop, implement, and maintain salary structures, grading, and pay scales.Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.Provide guidance on merit increases, promotions, and variable pay schemes.Benefits Administration:Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies.Evaluate, recommend, and implement new benefits programs.Ensure benefits compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Policy & Compliance:Maintain up-to-date compensation and benefits policies.Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.Employee Engagement & Communication:Provide clear communication to employees regarding compensation and benefits programs.Support HR team in addressing employee queries related to pay and benefits.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare regular reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost analysis.Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate implementation of programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience: 5+ years in compensation & benefits, ideally in healthcare or service industry.Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and local labor laws.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
