Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender documents, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.Manage all aspects of contracting, from negotiation to contract finalization, safeguarding company interests.Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, and project management teams to define project scopes and contractual terms.Conduct thorough risk assessments for potential projects and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure strict adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in construction and engineering projects.Oversee the full tendering lifecycle, including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
