Senior Cost Analyst

System Establishment and Implementation: Focusing on the goal of first cost competitiveness, establish a pre calculation and win control system for cost and expenses.Business Finance Digitalization: Focusing on cost accounting, clarify the pre plan for the implementation of business finance digitalization in the factory.Operational Differentiation: Through the analysis of the operations of the responsible factory including but not limited to assets, investments, costs, expenses, profits and losses.Innovation and Value Added: By integrating into business operations, leverage the professional value of finance.Parallel Collaboration to Ensure Full Process Competitiveness of Industrial Support: Actively respond and connect in aspects such as resource collaboration and process integration.Collaborate with internal and external audit work and promote the closure of audit issues in a closed loop manner.Team Management: Establish a factory financial operation system, enhance financial professional capabilities and influence, and build a strong financial reputation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectorsStrong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysisExperience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial digitalizationGood understanding of financial reporting, audits, and internal controlsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience in team management and cross-functional collaborationStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
