Senior Cost Estimation Engineer (Tender)

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.Prepare accurate cost estimates for Architectural.Perform quantity take-offs and validate project quantities from drawings and specifications.Develop detailed pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and tender summaries.Analyze project scope, identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals in line with client requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.+3 years of proven experience in tendering and estimation within the Egyptian construction and fit-out market.Previous experience with reputable fit-out, design & build, or general contracting companies.Strong knowledge of Architectural Finishes, Interior Fit-Out, and Construction Methodologies.Excellent understanding of local material prices, subcontractor markets, and construction costs in Egypt.Ability to independently price projects from concept stage through detailed tender stage.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off software.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
