Senior Developer – D365 Finance & Operations

• Develop and customize D365 F&O modules using X++, C#, .NET, SQL, Azure services, and Power Platform.
• Integrate D365 F&O with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Perform performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance for developed solutions.
• System Optimization & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance, including batch jobs and database indexing.
• Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and solution architecture standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support team upskilling on new technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4–5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O (mandatory) workflow configuration, notifications and report development experience.
• Strong experience in system integration (APIs, Web Services, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with X++, C#, .NET, SQL.
• Strong experience in SSRS Reports.
• Solid knowledge of D365 F&O customization, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules is a plus.
• Microsoft Developer Certifications are a plus.
