Responsibilities:Lead and Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, international standards, and local regulations.Manage Project Schedules and resources effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints.Conduct Quality Control inspections, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or potential issues proactively.Collaborate Closely with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Implement and Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols on site, fostering a culture of safety excellence.Oversee Testing and Commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Prepare Detailed Reports on project progress, material usage, and any challenges encountered.Mentor and Develop junior engineers and technical staff, sharing your expertise and fostering growth within the team.
