Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications; highlight and resolve discrepancies with consultants.Prepare and review shop drawings and material submittals in line with project standards.Coordinate with architectural, civil, and mechanical teams to avoid clashes.Support site team with technical clarifications and ensure proper implementation.Prepare quantity take-offs and material requests; support cost control.Track progress and provide technical reports.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with codes and company procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.5+ years of experience in technical office within real estate and Construction.Strong knowledge of electrical systems (lighting, power, low current).Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
