We are seeking an Experienced Senior Technical Export Sales Specialist to join our team in Sadat City (with hybrid work in Cairo).
This role bridges technical and commercial responsibilities, ensuring international buyers receive full technical support and confidence in our product quality.You will manage the technical qualification process for industrial buyers — from specification alignment and sample dispatch through to technical approval and first commercial order.
In addition, you will support the Export Sales Manager in export operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and buyer audit preparation.
This hybrid role is critical to shortening the sales cycle and ensuring buyer confidence in product quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales Support: Review specifications, align Technical Data Sheets (TDS), dispatch samples, and follow up until buyer lab approval.Export Operations: Prepare and manage export documentation (CoA, certificates of origin, phytosanitary, Halal, BRC compliance letters) and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and customs.Buyer Qualification & Audits: Prepare supplier qualification packages, coordinate factory audits, and ensure compliance with EU, GCC, and COMESA requirements.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive pricing benchmarks (FOB Alexandria/Port Said) and support quotation preparation with correct HS codes and Incoterms.ERP/CRM Systems: Track shipments in SAP S/4HANA and update buyer records in Zoho CRM.
Mandatory:Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales operations — order management, documentation, shipping coordination, and buyer communication.Solid understanding of CoA, TDS, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR).Fluency in English (written and spoken); strong command of technical food product terminology.Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems for order tracking and customer data management.Highly organized with attention to detail — operational backbone of the export sales team.Preferred :Background in the food processing or food ingredients industry (tomato products, fruit concentrates, dairy ingredients).Familiarity with aseptic bulk ingredients, Brix specifications, and cold‑break vs hot‑break processing.Experience supporting BRC, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22000 audits.Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Zoho CRM.Arabic and French language skills (for COMESA market documentation).
