Senior Facilities Engineer

The Senior Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of assigned facilities by resolving complex technical issues, maintaining service quality, supporting Facilities Managers in meeting.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Landscaping systems.Review and implement maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows.Prepare technical specifications for equipment and facility assetsDevelop and implement cost-reduction and management control systemsSupervise in-house technical teams for installations and maintenance

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities managementStrong leadership and team management
