Senior FP&A

Responsibilities:Establish and implement a pre-calculation and win-control system for cost and expenses, focusing on achieving first-cost competitiveness.Drive business-finance digitalization by defining and implementing cost accounting and digital finance processes within the factory.Analyze factory operations, including assets, investments, costs, expenses, profits, and losses, to support operational differentiation and business performance.Integrate financial expertise into business operations to drive innovation and create added value.Collaborate across functions to ensure full-process competitiveness through resource coordination and process integration.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit findings through effective follow-up.Establish and manage the factory financial operation system, enhance the finance team's professional capabilities and influence, and build a strong financial reputation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Cost Accounting.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
