What we expect from youMinimum 6 years of commercial experience with backend and frontend development.Written and spoken English not lower than Upper Intermediate level (B2).Deep understanding of advanced JavaScript and TypeScript concepts.Strong experience with Node.js and modern frontend framework (React or Angular)Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)Experience with cloud platforms and serverless architecture (AWS, Lambda)Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolsHands-on experience with testing frameworks and methodologiesHands-on experience of accessibility (a11y) principles and ARIA attributes.Experience with system design and scalable architectureExperience in leading a team, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge and practical experience with projects at different stages.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Will be a plusExperience in estimating development effort for projects of varying complexity and at different stagesExperience with microservices architectureExperience with LLM APIs or AI integrations
