Senior HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:Strategically manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent.Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance and promote best practices.Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, fostering a harmonious workplace.Oversee performance management cycles, providing guidance and support to managers and employees alike.Drive impactful onboarding programs that integrate new hires seamlessly into our culture.Ensure strict adherence to all relevant Labour Law and regulatory requirements in Egypt.Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a comprehensive understanding of core HR principles, from Recruitment and Talent Acquisition to Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HRIS Management.

Your expertise in Labour Law Compliance and crafting effective HR Policies will be crucial.

Experience Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity.Proven ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic organizational setting.HR Diploma is a must
