Job Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle.
Handle personnel files, contracts, and social insurance procedures.
Manage attendance, leaves, payroll preparation, and overtime.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support performance evaluation and training activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure full compliance with labor law and company regulations.
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to independently handle all HR functions within our food manufacturing company.
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial companies is a must.Strong knowledge of all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, personnel, attendance, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.Experience in dealing with governmental authorities and HR documentation.Ability to build and organize HR processes and policies.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
