Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programEnsure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standardConduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planninLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actionPerform regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessmentProvide technical HSE guidance to project and operations teamMonitor environmental performance and ensure adherence to environmental regulationDevelop and deliver HSE training and awareness programPrepare and submit HSE reports, KPIs, and compliance documentatioLiaise with regulatory authorities and external auditorDrive continuous improvement in safety performance and culturSupport emergency preparedness and response planning

Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Agriculture or Science, Certificate in safety management or relevant field is preferred.3-4 years of experienceAbility in producing reports and developing relevant policieGood knowledge of data analysis and risk assessmenOutstanding attention to detail and observation abilitV.
