Senior HSE Specialist

• Ensure operational safety and compliance with all applicable HSE requirements and standards.
• Maintain and implement HSE policies in accordance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify, report, and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.
• Investigate operational incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and prepare investigation reports.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions, risk assessments, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
• Deliver Toolbox Talks, safety training, coaching, and awareness sessions to operational staff.
• Ensure the effective implementation of HSE procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Monitor and follow up on HSE-related customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
• Raise employees’ awareness of potential hazards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage and maintain MSDS/SDS for chemicals used in operations and assess their associated risks and environmental impacts.
• Identify HSE risks and operational obstacles and take appropriate actions to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation as required.
