Senior HVAC Design Technical Office Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.Prepare a design review report for HVAC mechanical systems including the design calculations review and drawings review.Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and modeling.Utilize HAP software for design calculations.

Perform engineering calculations and analyses to validate design integrity (flow, thermal, analysis, etc.).Guide junior engineers and designers in best practices, technical reviews, and project execution.Create and review detailed drawings, specifications, and BOMs for client.Ensure compliance with constructions standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASME, ASHRAE).Drive continuous improvement in design processes and documentation.Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, controls).Participate in clash detection, review workshop drawings, and provide solutions.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.5-7 years of mechanical design experience.Very Good command in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.Proficient in HAPGood command of Revit MEP Software.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.Excellent English Language spoken and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Exposure to HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection systems.
