Senior Industrial Engineer (Steel Fabrication)

- Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to improve productivity and reduce costs.- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and productivity analysis.- Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.- Support production planning, process improvement, and layout optimization.- Evaluate and contribute to equipment and process upgrades.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.- Strong hands-on experience in steel fabrication processes and shop floor operations.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.- Experience in heavy industry or PEB manufacturing is highly preferred.- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage.Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in industrial engineering within steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
