Senior Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer

The Senior I&C Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the maximum uptime and efficiency of the plant's production lines.

Key responsibilities include:Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee and execute maintenance activities for automatic packaging/filling machines and continuous production lines.System Calibration: Manage, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial measurement instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Level, and Flow).Automation Oversight: Monitor, program, and maintain control systems including PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA.Component Maintenance: Inspect and maintain Control Valves, Actuators, and Weighing Systems to ensure precise operations.Technical Analysis: Read and analyze technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics to diagnose faults and implement modifications.

High proficiency in industrial measurement instrumentation (Pressure, Temperature, Level, and Flow).Deep technical knowledge and field experience with Control Systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA).Strong understanding of Control Valves, Actuators, and Weighing Systems.Advanced capability in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs, and loop diagrams.Key Competencies (Preferred)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to minimize production downtime.Ability to lead maintenance activities and provide technical guidance to technicians.
