Senior IT Compliance & Risk Officer

-Experience working within a structured IT environment is preferred-Experience with vendor coordination and operational governance is an advantage-Strong understanding of IT operations and governance- Experience in IT policies, procedures, and compliance-Understanding of access management and segregation of duties-Experience in vendor and contract coordination-Strong documentation, follow-up, and organizational skills -Strong understanding of IT operations and service management-Ability to develop and maintain policies and procedures-Good understanding of risk management concepts-Strong organizational and documentation skills- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities-Analytical and problem-solving mindset-Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up activities

• Preferred:- Knowledge or awareness of:o ISO 20000 o ISO 27001o IT Governance framework- Experience with ITSM / Service Desk systems- Understanding of cybersecurity governance concepts- Experience in IT audit or compliance environments

Bachelor’s degree in:-Information Technology -Computer Science -Information Systems or related fieldYears of Experience: 4+ years of experience in o IT operationso IT governanceo IT Complianceo IT risk management or related fields

• Technical Knowledge:-IT governance and operational processes-IT service management concepts-Vendor and contract management-Access management and segregation of duties-Operational risk and compliance practices-Basic understanding of cybersecurity governance conceptsCertifications (Mandatory):-ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher)
• Nice to Have-ISO 27001 awareness or certification-ISO 20000 awareness or certification-ITSM-related certifications
