Senior IT Specialist

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software)Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issuesMonitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliabilityImplement and manage cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, access control)Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rightsOversee system upgrades, patches, and backupsSupport and maintain cloud services and virtual environmentsCollaborate with vendors and external service providersDocument IT procedures, configurations, and policiesLead or support IT projects (system implementations, migrations, upgrades)Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field4–7+ years of experience in IT support or system administrationStrong knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows or macOS systems)Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)Good understanding of cybersecurity practicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
