- Manage and oversee the company’s legal affairs and civil cases
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Represent the company before courts, governmental entities, and external parties
- Provide legal advice to management regarding risks, compliance, and corporate matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Handle legal disputes and follow up on litigation procedures
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Law
- Strong background in corporate legal affairs and litigation
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law is required
